A Man Sees a Cloud Filled with Flickering Lights, and then--WOW!

A man gets out of his car, notices a cloud with flickering lights in it, pulls out his phone and starts recording. At first, the cloud just sits there flickering, but then it begins to move, and does it ever move! Was it camera shy? What was going on here? There is a possibility that this is a graphic effect, but to build the intricately shaded, flowing object as it passed behind the telephone pole and wires would be a major challenge.

So the question is, what is this, something alive, a technological object, a weird, weird cloud? The lack of answers identifies it clearly: it is an unknown flying object. Graded A--Probably True.
