Cattle Mutilations: Strange find in General Acha Gives Rise to Mystery (Argentina)

The images are very strange and no veterinary surgeon has voiced an opinion as of yet, but concern among residents of General Acha manifested itself a posting to the citizen journalism portal of TN.com.ar.



Photographs published in TN y la Gente show a dead bovine with unexplained injuries. Descriptions explain that the animal is missing its tongue, also part of its jaw, and has a large hole on its back, near its rump. According to the user who shared the material, the find occurred three days ago on a friend's farm, who was also unable to find an explanation.



"What happened to this animal? Does it have to do with the Chupacabras, or do you think it was merely eaten away by vermin and there is no mystery here? Examine the content and give us your opinion", asks the web site.



Another strange discovery created intrigue and fear in Leubucó back in December. According to the Veradia.com web site, a creature tried to attack a man in the vicinity of a mill, but the man killed it by striking it on the head in self-defense.



The farmhand decided to conceal the remains of the strange entity until his brother found its bones, making them available to professionals for their analysis. "Something like two wings protruded from its torso. Its ears were at the level of its jaw and it had fur," described the man, who did not want to disclose his identity. He added the animal was at least 60 centimeters tall.

Un "drone" estuvo a punto de chocar con un avión de pasajeros en Florida en marzo

"Un avión comercial del grupo American Airlines estuvo a punto de chocar en pleno vuelo con un 'drone' -avión no tripulado- el pasado marzo en Florida, según desveló un alto responsable de la Administración Federal de Aviación (FAA) de Estados Unidos

En una conferencia ofrecida este jueves en San Francisco y que trascendió en los medios locales el viernes, el director de la Oficina de Integración de Sistemas de Aviación No Tripulados, Jim Williams, reveló que el 22 de marzo un avión que volaba a 2.300 pies de altura cerca del aeropuerto regional de Tallahassee, Florida estuvo a punto de chocar con un "drone". "El piloto dijo que, al haberlo visto pasar tan cerca del avión, estaba convencido de que el aparato había colisionado", explicó Williams. Sin embargo, al aterrizar se realizó la correspondiente inspección y se comprobó que la aeronave no había sufrido ningún daño. El 'drone', que "era pequeño y estaba cubierto por una capa de pintura de camuflaje", se encontraba a una altura de 701 metros, muy por encima de lo permitido para los usos recreativos de estas aeronaves. La FAA no ha sido capaz, por el momento, de identificar al 'drone' ni a la persona que lo estaba manejando.

El incidente, que había permanecido oculto al público hasta que Williams lo reveló el jueves en una conferencia en la que se abordaba el futuro y la regulación que debe aplicarse a los aviones no tripulados, pone de relieve los riesgos que pueden derivarse del gran incremento experimentado en el número de 'drones' que planean en el espacio aéreo estadounidense (...)"
